This kind of dye can be directly dyed on cotton, hemp, silk, wool and other fibers without relying on other agents. Its dyeing method is simple, complete chromatography and low cost. reactive dyes
Also known as reactive dyes. This kind of dye is a new type of dye developed in the 50 s. Its molecular structure contains one or more active groups, under appropriate conditions, can react with the fiber to form a covalent bond. It can be used for cotton, hemp, silk, wool, viscose, nylon, vinylon and other textile dyeing.
sulfur dye
Most of these dyes are insoluble in water and organic solvents, but they can be dissolved in alkali sulfide solution and can be directly dyed with fibers after dissolution. But also because the dyeing liquid alkali is too strong, not suitable for dyeing protein fiber. This kind of dye chromatogram is neat, the price is low, the color fastness is good, but the color is not bright.
disperse dyes
This kind of dyes in water solubility is very low, the particles are very fine, in the dye solution is a dispersion, belongs to the non-ionic dyes, mainly used for polyester dyeing, its dyeing fastness is high.
acid dyes
These dyes are water-soluble, and most of them contain water-soluble genes such as sulfonic acid groups and carboxyl groups. Protein fibers can be directly dyed in acidic, weakly acidic or neutral media, but the wet fastness is poor.
Paint
Suitable for all fibers, through the resin mechanical attachment of fibers, dark fabrics will harden, but the color is very accurate, most of the light fastness, washing fastness is good, especially in the light color.
